Return & Refund Policy
Most eligible products can be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Item Condition
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and included materials. Final sale products, gift cards, opened personal care items, perishable products, and customized goods are not returnable unless the law requires it or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Postage
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refund Timing
After a return is received and checked, approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post the credit.
Exchange Requests
Eligible items may be exchanged when the requested replacement is available. If it is not available, the item may be returned for a refund under this policy.
